Aptos node questions
How long until my node is ready?
Ready within 24 hours of payment, usually sooner. Your dashboard shows the sync progress, and your private endpoint appears there once the node is live.
Is there a request limit?
No per-request billing. The node is dedicated to you, so the only limit is what the server can handle.
Which software does the node run?
aptos-node, the official Aptos node software, as a public fullnode. We keep the software updated through network upgrades.
Why is Aptos on the big-server tier?
Aptos fullnodes used for production traffic need a large server, so Aptos runs on our big-server tier at a higher monthly price.
How do I connect to my node?
Send standard Aptos REST calls to your endpoint, for example GET https://apt-4v7h.nodes.rocketrpc.com/YOUR_KEY/v1. Your key is part of the URL.
Will the Aptos SDK work?
Yes. The official SDKs let you set a custom fullnode URL. Point them at your endpoint instead of a public one.
