Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RocketRPC to create your own blockchain or order a dedicated node. RocketRPC is run by RPC Solutions (organisation number 559275-3205), Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated 14 October 2026.

1. Who can use RocketRPC

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • If you order for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
  • You may not use the service if you are, or act for, a person or country under sanctions of the European Union, the United Nations or Sweden. We may refuse or end any order to comply with sanctions and anti-money-laundering law.

2. What we provide

  • Blockchain builder: we build a blockchain from the settings you choose (based on open-source software such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum or Cosmos), run its nodes and any services you order, such as a block explorer, wallets or a mining pool, and keep them online while your hosting is paid.
  • Dedicated nodes: we run a node of the chain you choose on a server used only for your order, with a backup node, and give you a private endpoint.
  • We provide technical infrastructure only. We do not create, issue, sell, list, promote or trade any coin or token, and we give no financial, legal or tax advice.
  • You do not receive the source code of our software or of the chain we build for you. Open-source components stay under their own licences.

3. Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. A blockchain build starts at $149 one-time, add-ons are one-time, and hosting is charged per server per month, with the first month paid at checkout. Dedicated nodes are prepaid for the period you choose.
  • You pay in cryptocurrency through our checkout. The crypto amount is locked for 20 minutes once the payment address is shown. Send the exact amount, of the coin shown, on the network shown.
  • Your order starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. A transaction ID you send us does not count as payment until we confirm it on chain.
  • If you send less than the amount due, the order waits until the quote expires and we then review it with you. If you send more, we refund the difference on request, minus the network fee.
  • Payments sent on the wrong network or in the wrong coin may not be recoverable. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee it.
  • You pay any network fees for sending payments. Prices do not include taxes you may owe in your own country.

4. Refunds and your right to withdraw

  • You can request a full refund from your order page at any time before we start deploying your order. We refund the same amount of the same coin you paid, to an address you give us, minus the network fee.
  • Deployment starts when your order shows "Setting up". From then on, the order is not refundable, because the work has been done for you.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. When you place an order you ask us to start right after payment and you acknowledge that you lose this right once deployment has started. Before that point, the full refund above applies.
  • Hosting and node periods that have started are not refunded. Discounts for longer prepaid periods apply only to the full period.

5. Delivery

  • A blockchain is usually deployed within about 30 minutes after payment is confirmed. A dedicated node is ready within 24 hours of payment, usually sooner. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Your order page shows the status of your order. If we cannot deliver an order, you get a full refund.
  • If you want your services on your own web address, you are responsible for your domain and for adding the DNS records we show you.

6. Hosting, renewals and suspension

  • Hosting and node service run for the period you paid. Before a period ends, we send you a payment request for the next period. There is no automatic charge.
  • If a renewal is not paid by the end of the period, you have a 7 day grace period. After that we may suspend the service. If it stays unpaid for 30 more days, we may delete the servers and all data on them, which cannot be recovered.
  • You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by opening a support ticket.

7. Your coin and your responsibilities

  • Your coin, its name, ticker, rules, supply and how you offer, market or sell it are your responsibility. You must make sure they are lawful wherever you offer them, including rules on public offers of crypto-assets (such as the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), securities, consumer protection and tax.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use the name, ticker, logo and any content you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Rules written into a live blockchain, such as supply, block time and the genesis block, cannot be changed without every node upgrading (a hard fork). You can add services to a live chain later.

8. Keys and funds

  • We never hold your premine keys, validator keys or funds. Premine keys can be generated in your browser and are never sent to us. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
  • If you run a validator with us, you stake from your own wallet. Staking can carry risks set by the network, such as penalties (slashing); we run your node with reasonable care, but these network risks are yours.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use RocketRPC, or any chain, node or service we run for you, to:

  • commit or help with fraud, scams, "rug pulls", market manipulation or misleading promotion of a coin;
  • copy or imitate another project's or company's name, brand or logo in a way that misleads people;
  • launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions;
  • offer financial products or securities without the licences and approvals the law requires;
  • run malware, attack or overload other systems, send spam, or break into anything;
  • break any law that applies to you or to us.

10. Suspension for misuse

If we have good reason to believe that an order breaks these terms or the law, we may refuse it, suspend it or end it, and report it where the law requires. Where an order is ended for misuse, we do not refund it, except where the law says otherwise.

11. Availability and support

  • We work to keep your nodes and services online and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Networks, upgrades, maintenance and events outside our control can cause interruptions.
  • Support is provided through tickets in your account dashboard and by email. We reply as soon as we reasonably can.

12. Our rights in the service

Our website, builder, software, designs and brand belong to us or our licensors. You get the right to use the services you ordered while they are paid. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

13. Third-party networks and services

Blockchains, exchanges, price sites, domain registrars and wallets are run by others. We are not responsible for them, for the value of any coin, for listing decisions, or for changes made by the networks themselves.

14. Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any loss in the value of a coin or token.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

If you use the service as a business, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others caused by your coin, your content or your breach of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will tell you by email at least 30 days before they apply to a service you already pay for. The terms that applied when you paid for a period keep applying to that period.

17. Law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes go to the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.
  • If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
  • Please contact us first: most issues can be solved quickly through a ticket or an email.
